Just want to say a great big THANK YOU to all you lovely people who have helped me these last couple of months, but as my title says I'M BACK..yes back from crying all the time, i didnt know what was wrong with me but i refused to go on anti depressants as i said on earlier posts i was crying all the time but i wasnt depressed!! just fed up with RA, so i want to tell you all that my dark time came without invite but it has now disappeared,

even though i wasnt commenting on posts i was still reading them, mostly through tears but i was still here keeping up with everyone,

thanks for all my private messages it really helped and thank you victoria NRAS for you kind words,

i still have RA which still gives me some very bad painful days but i have finally stopped crying so i can cope.

THANK YOU so much for being here for me xx

Wonderful that your dark night (or spell of nights) of the soul is over and you are feeling yourself again - good to have you back. Tilda xxx

Great to see you back. Just like the mighty reds. Life may keep kicking us but we keep on fighting, remembering the good days and looking forward to the future:-) From your fellow Koppite:-))

I like your style! It's horrible the way that feelings of sadness and loss etc. automatically get labelled as 'depression' i.e. an illness when they might just be a very real & natural response to something bad happening. I'm not dissing anti-depressants per se as they can be vital but sounds like you needed to go through something without them & it's run its course. So pleased to hear that you are happier now.
